The best place in Rochester for dessert, dinner, coffee, atmosphere and customer service is by far SUGAR MOUNTAIN BAKE SHOPPE @ the corner of Alexander and Park. The variety of cupcakes is fantastic and so is the quality and taste. The best new find for me in a long while.
