Chakara serves Asian dishes made with fresh ingredients and no MSG or artificial food dyes. Homemade noodles are prepared for dishes such as Zha Zha mein (ground pork, semi-sweet bean paste, and cucumber slaw) and San's special (vermicelli, sliced beef, bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeno and beef broth). Cold plates such as green papaya salad and Malay chicken (slow-cooked white meat that's chilled and sliced, cucumbers, and a scallion-ginger-pepper-garlic sauce) balance the hot dishes that span a "tour of Asia." Desserts include fried ice cream and banana crepes.

5 stars really does not give this restaurant justice! The atmosphere was supurb and the food was to die for. The Chakara Chicken was excellent and my husband was not disappointed with his love for seafood. It has been a week and he cannot stop raving about this restaurant! Lastly, the service was impeccable. We have no doubt that this restaurant will be a huge success and we will become regulars.

Delicious! What a wonderful restaurant! Been there several times already and going back for New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it. Love the Japan, Dumplings and Wontons.

Chakara's pleasant and inviting atmosphere only compliments the great service offered by it's friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cuisine is very well prepared. The flavors of each dish are well balanced. My favorites are the pan fried noodles made to my specifications without question. EVERYONE MUST try their signature dish, Chakara Chicken. You will not regret making Chakar's your dining choice.
