In this Public Market venue, owner Keith Myers mixes his past experience as pastry chef at Rio Bamba and executive chef at Richardson's Canal House with his ongoing success selling his artisan breads at the Brighton Farmers Market. Myers crafts his artisan breads using only organic flours and European-style butters, a process on view for spectators in his state-of-the-art kitchen. In addition to his popular breads, Myers offers croissants, sticky buns, cookies, and tarts.
