Han Noodle specializes in traditional Chinese fare and noodle dishes. Broth noodle options include shitake seasonal vegetable, roast duck, and pickled cabbage, all made with your choice of LoMein, yellow, white, or rice noodles. Or, for those who prefer dry noodles instead of soup, there are pan fried selections such as Singapore meinFein and Cantonese roast pork noodle. Other dishes include rice plates such as curry chicken or soft scrambled egg with beef or shrimp, and house specials such as beef tendon with daikon radish, or hot pepper pork stomach. Of course, those whose favorites include the reliable sesame chicken and beef with broccoli will have plenty of options as well. Han's menu also includes an extensive list of appetizers and an interesting selection of desserts.

We were here twice for lunch and will certainly be back again.
We've had noodles with broth and dry, spicy and not, & with various ingredients. All was excellent. The food has a "lightness" that I really appreciate, as many asian places often glop on lots of generic sauces. We've not tried the "favorites" of sesame chicken et. al. Why would we with so many other interesting selections available.
We particularly enjoyed the pork bun appetizer. Sort of like Dim Sum but not.
