Nikko serves inventive sushi rolls such as the "Eli" (grilled black tiger shrimp, tempura purple sweet potato, lobster, avocado, mango, truffle salt, and eel sauce) and "T-T flares" (lobster, tuna, salmon, seared madai, Hawaiian lava salt, and torchi sauce), as well as a rotating list of sashimi and nigiri. Cold and raw dishes include bay scallop ceviche and chili squid salad, while small and large plates span from traditional to daring, with chef's selection pasta, sake steamed littleneck clams, and crispy confit wings among them. An extensive bar menu includes specialty house cocktails, wines, beer, and sake.

Make a reservation ASAP. Order the calamari. Great small plates.
